「ほくろ」は皮膚にできる小さな黒い点のこと。「モグラ」は地面の下に住む小型の動物。文脈によって意味が変わります。

複数形。「ほくろ」は美容や健康の話題でよく使う。「モグラ」は庭などの害獣として話題になることが多い。「スパイ」の意味では使いません。
