何かを達成したり問題を解決したりするためにとられる行動や方策。また、数や量を比べるための単位も指すことがあります。

主に『安全対策』『緊急対策』など、公式な場面の行動を指します。複数形で『単位』の意味になるのは専門的な文脈のみで、普段はあまり使いません。
