"meanwhile" in Japanese
Definition
何かが起きている間に、別のことが同時に起きていることや、次の出来事までの時間を表します。２つの出来事や状況をつなげるときによく使います。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に文頭で使い、後に読点（、）が続くことが多いです。'In the meanwhile' より 'meanwhile' の方がよく使われます。
