"mademoiselle" in Japanese

若い未婚の女性を呼ぶ時に使うフランス語の敬称で、英語の「Miss」と同じ意味です。フランス文化やフランス語の雰囲気を表す際にも使われます。

現代英語では主にフランス語表現としてそのまま使われ、少し古風な印象があります。フランス語でも最近は結혼 여부를 나타내기 때문에 많이 쓰이지 않으며, 주로 소설やレストラン、店名 등で見かけます。
