「luckier」は「lucky」の比較級で、他の人や物よりも運が良いことを表します。

「luckier」は比較するときに「than」と一緒に使うのが一般的です。名詞の前ではなく、「is」や「seems」などの後に使います。「more lucky」はあまり使われません。
