Definition

ロックスは、塩で漬けたサーモンの薄切りで、主にユダヤ料理でベーグルにのせて食べます。

「ロックス」はスモークサーモンとは違い、塩漬けのみの場合もあります。「lox and bagels」はアメリカ、とくにニューヨークの定番朝食です。
