物事をきつくせず、あいまいに、大まかに行う様子を表します。厳密でない、自由な感じを含みます。

「loosely」は「loosely tied」や「loosely based on」など、厳密でない、自由さを表したい際に使います。「tightly」の反対。具体・抽象両方OK。
