Definition

鉱脈は地中にある金や銀などの価値のある鉱石がある層のことです。比喩的に、何かが豊富にある源を指すこともあります。

地質や鉱山で主に使われ、「ゴールド鉱脈」「母なる鉱脈」などの表現がある。比喩にも使うが、「load」（積み荷）とは異なるので注意。
