누군가나 무언가의 위치를 찾는 것, 특히 쉽게 찾기 어려울 때 사용합니다. 또한 장소나 물건, 문제의 정확한 위치를 알아내는 것도 의미합니다.

Usage Notes (Korean)

일상과 공식적인 상황 모두에서 사용됩니다. 'locate the file', 'locate the building on a map', 'be located in'와 같은 표현에 자주 나옵니다. 'find'보다 좀 더 정확하고 격식 있는 느낌을 줍니다. 위치 설명에 'is located in'을 많이 씁니다.
