指被列在清單或官方記錄中的事物。也用於指在證券交易所上市的公司。

常見於正式或官方場合。常見結構有“listed on”、“listed as”、“listed in”。對公司來說是指在交易所上市。不能把“listed”用在僅被提及的情況，只有真正被列入名單或登記時才用。
