將某物抬高到更高位置的動作，常用於拿起東西，也用於體育中形容舉重。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常用來指舉重運動，也可以泛指舉起物品的行為。體育中多指舉重。不表示載人一程（不是“give a lift”）。
