Definición

将某物抬高到更高位置的动作，常用于拿起物品，也用于体育中描述举重。

常用于指举重锻炼，也可以泛指举起物品的动作。在体育中多指举重。不能用来表示顺路搭载某人（不是“give a lift”）。
