「レベル」は、物事の高さや程度、建物の階、何かの量、または技術や難しさの段階などを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

学校、ゲーム、科学、日常生活でよく使います。'skill levels'（技術レベル）、'water levels'（水位）などの表現があります。「水平な」（形容詞として）は意味が異なります。
