'latest' عموماً اسم سے پہلے آتا ہے: 'the latest news', 'the latest version'۔ 'What’s the latest?' کا مطلب ہے نئی خبر یا تازہ صورتحال۔ 'late' (دیر) سے نہ ملائیں۔
