아파트나 집을 소유하고 다른 사람에게 임대해주는 사람 또는 회사.

아파트나 주택을 빌려주는 사람에게 쓴다. 일상적으로는 '주인'도 쓸 수 있다. 세입자는 '세입자'라고 한다.
