拳を握ると盛り上がる、指の関節部分のことです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は握りこぶしを作ったときに盛り上がる四つの指の関節を指します。「crack your knuckles」は指の関節を鳴らす、「knuckle sandwich」はパンチの俗語、「bare knuckles」は素手（グローブなし）という意味で使われます。
