誘拐犯は、他人を不法に連れ去り、たいてい身代金を要求する犯罪者です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ニュースや犯罪に関する話、映画などでよく使われます。「ransom」「victim」「hostage」と一緒に使われることが多いです。法的な親権争いには使いません。
