正義とは、人々が平等に扱われ、公正に判断されることを意味します。また、正しいことを守り、不正を裁く法律や社会の仕組みも指します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に社会や法律、政治など深刻な場面で使われます。「social justice」「criminal justice」「justice system」などの表現によく出てきます。「fairness」よりも法的・道徳的な意味が強いです。
