Definition

人をふざけて、または軽く侮辱する時に、頭が悪い人やバカな人を指して使うスラングです。また、「アーチー」の漫画キャラクター、ジャグヘッドを指す場合もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

友人同士などのカジュアルな会話で使われ、フォーマルな場面ではほとんど使いません。『アーチー』のキャラクターとして使うこともあります。
