'judgement'와 'judgment' 모두 사용하지만, 미국에서는 특히 법률에서 'judgment'가 더 많이 쓰입니다. 개인의 판단이나 법원의 판결 모두를 가리킬 수 있습니다. 'prejudice'(편견)와 혼동하지 마세요. 'pass judgement', 'show good judgement', 'a court's judgement' 등의 표현에 자주 등장합니다.
