裁判官は裁判で事件の決定を下す人です。または、何かや誰かについて意見や判断を下すことも意味します。

「裁判官」は法律関係で使います。「判断する」は日常会話でも使われます。「Don't judge me（私を決めつけないで）」のような表現に注意。『裁判官』は中立ですが、『judgmental（批判的）』は否定的です。
