運動として、ゆっくり一定のペースで走ること。優しく押す、または記憶を呼び起こす意味でも使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ランニングより遅いペース。『ジョギングに行く』は定番表現。『記憶をジョグする』は「思い出させる」という意味で慣用的に使う場合がある。
