瓶（びん）ジャー

Definition

瓶やジャーは、広い口とふたが付いたガラスやプラスチック製の容器です。食べ物や液体、小さな物を入れるのによく使われます。

英語の 'bottle'（ボトル）は口が細い容器ですが、'jar'（ジャー）は口が広いのが特徴です。'ジャムの瓶' や '瓶を開ける' などによく使います。
