昔のアメリカ英語で使われた言葉で、「順調」や「大丈夫」という意味。状況や人が問題ないことを表します。

現代ではほとんど使われません。 'Everything is jake' や 'He's jake' などの形で登場しますが、今使うと古風に聞こえます。名前のJakeとは異なります。

After the repair, the car was jake again.
