すでに話題に出ている物・動物・考えなどを指すときに使う言葉です。

「それ」「あれ」は人には使わず、物・動物、または状況・天気など抽象的なもの（例：'it's raining'）を指す時に使います。

It is a sunny day.

I found a book. It is very interesting.

本を見つけました。**それ**はとても面白いです。
