這個詞在正式和日常英語中都很常見。在工作和科技語境裡，issue 往往比 problem 更中性、更委婉。常見搭配有 "a serious issue," "raise an issue," "deal with an issue" 和雜誌的 "the latest issue"。注意：說雜誌時，issue 指某一期，不是出版這個概念本身。
