섬들

Definition

섬들은 바다나 호수 등 물로 완전히 둘러싸인 작은 땅을 말합니다. 여러 개의 섬을 지칭할 때 사용합니다.

'섬들'은 여러 개의 섬 혹은 섬 무리를 말할 때 사용합니다. 'islets'는 아주 작은 섬, 'isles'는 시적 표현입니다.

There are many islands in the Caribbean Sea.

카리브해에는 많은 **섬들**이 있습니다.
