Impossível ou muito difícil de ver. Pode descrever algo literalmente fora de vista ou algo em que as pessoas não reparam nem valorizam.

Usa-se tanto de forma literal ('an invisible gas') como figurada ('feel invisible'). Combinações comuns: 'invisible ink', 'invisible force' e 'become invisible'. Não confundir com 'hidden': algo hidden está tapado ou fora de vista, enquanto algo invisible não pode ser visto de todo.
