インターンは、学生や新卒者が実務経験を積むために、短期間企業で働く人たちです。多くの場合、給与は支払われません。

「インターン」は複数形で、主にキャリア初期の人たちを指します。ビジネスや医療、法律分野でよく使います。「サマーインターン」や「インターンプログラム」などの表現にも注意。通常、正社員とは異なり期間限定で、報酬がないことも多いです。
