'Intents' 'intent' का बहुवचन रूप है, जिसका अर्थ है किसी कार्य को करने के पीछे के उद्देश्य या कारण; जो कोई व्यक्ति करने की योजना बनाता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

मुख्य रूप से औपचारिक, कानूनी या तकनीकी भाषा में ('intents and purposes' जैसी अभिव्यक्तियों में) प्रयुक्त होता है। सामान्य बातचीत में 'intentions' ज्यादा आम है। अक्सर वाक्यांश 'for all intents and purposes' में मिलता है। इसे 'contents' से न मिलाएँ।
