무엇인가를 하려고 계획하거나 의도를 가지고 있는 상태. 특정 행동을 하려는 목적이 있을 때 사용함.

'Intending'은 주로 'to'와 동사와 함께 사용되고('intending to leave'), 조금 더 격식 있는 상황이나 글에서 자주 보임. 'planning'보다 공식적인 느낌.

She is intending to study abroad next year.
