Definition

特定の目的のために作られた道具や器具。特に、楽器や科学・医療で使われる器具を指します。

『楽器を演奏する』のように音楽の場合によく使いますが、医学や科学の分野では器具や装置の意味もあります。小さな道具なら『ツール』、大きな機械なら『機器』も使います。
