Definition

罪を犯していない人や、純粋で経験が少ない人を表します。無邪気な印象のときにも使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

法律用語として「無実を証明する」「無実の被害者」のように使われます。「無邪気な質問」のように純粋や幼さを表すときにも使います。場合によっては肯定的、または未熟さを含意します。
