Se algo é indistinto, não é claro ou fácil de ver, ouvir ou perceber. Costuma significar que algo parece desfocado, difícil de reconhecer ou distinguir.

Costuma ser usado para vozes, sons ou imagens pouco claras. 'Indistinct' é mais formal do que 'blurry' ou 'fuzzy'. Combinações comuns: 'indistinct voice', 'indistinct shape', 'indistinct memory'. Não é usado para ideias abstratas, nesse caso use 'vague'.
