घटनाएँ या बातें जो विशेष रूप से अप्रत्याशित या अप्रिय हों। आमतौर पर दुर्घटनाओं, समस्याओं या असामान्य परिस्थितियों के लिए प्रयोग होता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'Incidents' का प्रयोग ज़्यादातर औपचारिक रिपोर्ट, खबरों या सरकारी संदर्भ में होता है। सामान्य वाक्यांश: 'serious incidents', 'minor incidents', 'report incidents'। प्रायः नकारात्मक या समस्या-वाली घटना होती है, परंतु कभी-कभी सामान्य भी हो सकती है। इसे 'accidents' (जहाँ हमेशा कुछ ग़लत हुआ है) से न मिलाएँ।
