お香

Definition

焚いて良い香りを出すためのもので、宗教儀式や瞑想、部屋の香り付けなどによく使われます。

「お香」は基本的に数えない名詞。「お香を焚く」、「お香スティック」などの表現が多い。宗教や正式な場面で使われることが多く、「incensed（怒る）」と混同しないように注意。

She likes to burn incense when she meditates.
