偽善的な人は、本当は持っていない道徳や信念があるふりをします。他人を非難しながら自分も同じことをします。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

‘偽善的’は、道徳や原則について言動が一致しない人に使います。「hypocritical attitude」「hypocritical behavior」などの語とよく一緒に使われます。「ironic」や「sarcastic」とは異なる意味です。
