사냥꾼들

Definition

음식, 스포츠, 직업 등으로 동물을 사냥하는 사람들. 드물거나 귀한 것을 찾는 사람을 뜻할 때도 있다.

여러 명을 말할 때 주로 복수형을 쓴다. 'big-game hunters', 'bounty hunters', 'treasure hunters'와 같이 쓸 수 있다. 비유적으로도 사용된다.

The hunters walked quietly through the forest.
