Suele describir un estado emocional fuerte después de una vergüenza pública o un trato insultante. Es más intenso que 'embarrassed' y suele implicar pérdida de dignidad. Patrones comunes: 'feel humiliated', 'be humiliated by/at', 'publicly humiliated'.
