যখন বাতাসে অনেক পরিমাণে জলীয় বাষ্প থাকে এবং পরিবেশ উষ্ণ ও আঠালো মনে হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'humid' সাধারণত বাতাস বা আবহাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়, কোনো জিনিসের পৃষ্ঠের ক্ষেত্রে নয়। যেমন: 'humid climate', 'humid air', 'hot and humid'। 'wet' বা 'damp' শব্দের সঙ্গে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
