集まる身を寄せ合う

Definition

小さな集団で集まること、特に内緒話や体を温めるため。スポーツでの短いミーティングも指す。

多くはカジュアルな場面。スポーツの短い作戦会議（'team huddle'）や、人が寄り集まる時に使う。よく使う表現: 'in a huddle', 'huddle around'。'cuddle'（抱きしめる）とは意味が違うので注意。

The children huddle together to stay warm.
