用一隻腳跳或以短促快速的方式跳躍。常用於描述人、小動物（如兔子）或遊戲活動。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於非正式場合，常描述兒童、遊戲或小型動物。'hopping' 也可以指“酒吧串門”等從一地到另一地。大動作跳要用 'jumping'。
