「honcho」とは、グループや会社、プロジェクトの責任者やリーダーを指すカジュアルな言い方です。

「honcho」は友達同士や職場のカジュアルな会話で使われ、「head honcho」と言うと一番上のボスを意味します。フォーマルな場では使いません。
