Definition

生徒が登校後、出席確認や連絡事項のために集まる教室。その後、他の授業へ移動する。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日本では‘ホームルーム’や‘HR’というが、授業ではなく連絡・出席確認の時間。'Homeroom teacher'は担任の先生にあたる。
