الشرى

حالة جلدية تظهر فيها بثور حمراء منتفخة وحاكة فجأة، غالبًا بسبب الحساسية أو التوتر.

دائمًا تُستخدم بصيغة الجمع عند الإشارة للحالة الجلدية. عبارة 'break out in hives' شائعة. لا تخلط مع 'hive' (خلية النحل). المصطلح الطبي هو 'الشرى'.

She got hives after eating strawberries.
