異端分子是指持有與官方或普遍接受的信仰大為不同（尤其在宗教上）的人。

「異端分子」多用於正式語境，主要指宗教，但也可以形容持反主流觀點的人。常帶有批判語氣。不要和「叛教者」混淆。
