'Heaviest' es la forma superlativa de 'heavy' y significa tener más peso que otros en un grupo.

Siempre se usa para comparar tres o más cosas. Suele ir con 'the' ('the heaviest bag'). También puede ser figurativo, como en 'the heaviest responsibility'. No lo uses para describir solo un objeto.
