『聞こえる』は音が自然に耳に入ることや、誰かから情報を得ることを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

三人称単数の主語（彼・彼女・それ）と使います。「hears music」「hears about something」などのパターンがよくあります。'hear'（自然に聞こえる）と 'listen'（意識的に聞く）は違うので注意しましょう。
