握手是指兩個人用右手互相握住並上下搖動，通常用於打招呼、達成協議或道別。

在正式和非正式場合皆適用，商務上很常見，表示問候或協議。不是所有文化都用握手，有些更偏好其他動作。常見搭配如“有力的握手”、“進行握手”、“以握手作為協議”。
