"Halls" शब्द बड़े कमरों, चौड़े गलियारों या सभा कक्षों के लिए आता है। ब्रिटिश अंग्रेज़ी में यह छात्रावास (halls of residence) के लिए भी प्रयोग हो सकता है। आम वाक्यांश हैं: "school halls", "concert halls"।
